Swimming lessons fee
UGX8,000 per day. There are 2 lessons a week (optional) for Kindergarten and Reception and Primary Classes.

Kitchen Towels
At the Parent-Teacher conference held in September 2015, it was agreed that each child buys (or carries 10,000/=) two rolls of kitchen towels at the beginning of each term. This aimed at helping to curb the flu and cough infections that usually attack schools.
Tuition Reductions
The school may grant limited tuition reductions to individual students in exceptional circumstances. Tuition reduction requests are not normally considered during a student’s first year of attendance at Harmony. Applications (including full financial disclosure documentation) must be submitted to the Harmony Director.
Application forms may be obtained from the School Office.
Billing
The parent/guardian(s) who signs the Financial Regulations form is responsible for all financial matters, regardless of the billing address.
Amendments
The School reserves the right to amend these Financial Regulations and the Schedule of Fees as deemed necessary at its sole discretion.
Disputes
Any dispute arising from these Financial Regulations is subject to the laws of Uganda, the place of jurisdiction being Kampala, Uganda.

Important to note; Late fees payment, depending on the agreed payment plan, will be subjected to a fine of 10,000UGX per calendar day.
